Get to know Footsteps Landlord Solutions

It would appear that many property management companies are there for their own benefit and not the customers. We want to do it differently. We promise not to be driven by profit.  We will listen to you, act in accordance with what is in everyone’s best interest, and deliver a friendly, bespoke service to all.

OUR STORY

At Footsteps Landlord Solutions, we believe in keeping things personal, not corporate. We’re a family-run business —and we know the ins and outs of being both tenants and landlords ourselves. That’s why we understand that every landlord, tenant, and property is unique. No one-size-fits-all approach here—just a tailored service that puts your needs first.

With career backgrounds in property, mortgages, and other financial services we have in depth knowledge of how things work or should work. Unfortunately, it would appear that many companies are there for their own benefit and not the customers. We want to do it differently. We promise not to be driven by profit alone or work with systems where “the computer says no”.  We will listen to you, act in accordance with what is in everyone’s best interest, and deliver a friendly, bespoke service because we recognise everyone is an individual and should be treated as such.

At Footsteps, we’re here for you every step of the way—making your property journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

WHAT WE DO

Whether you’re managing a portfolio or letting out your very first property, we’ll treat you with the same level of care and attention. Our one-to-one approach means we get to know you and your property inside out, so we can deliver a service that works for you.

We take security seriously too. From protecting your property and funds to handling contracts and deposits, we’re covered by all the right schemes, including client money protection, a government-approved redress scheme, and deposit protection.

And when it comes to managing your property, we do it all. From getting your property ready for market and advertising it, to finding the perfect tenants and managing every detail of the letting process—including deposits, inventories, and even negotiations when tenants move on.
